Faith Technologies is seeking a Quality Engineer to support product compliance with customer specifications and Excellerate standards. The role partners with manufacturing to ensure quality across processes, audits, and CAPA actions, with emphasis on continuous improvement and customer-facing quality activities.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business and 2 years of related industry experience, with travel 10–25% and a standard 7 AM–5 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering or business preferred.
• 2 years of related industry experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% for company needs.
• Work schedule typically 7 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri, with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet customer specs, standards, regulatory requirements and Excellerate standards; approve changes; coordinate customer audits.
• Serve as quality contact for customer meetings and inquiries; lead responses to quality concerns; manage customer quality metrics.
• Create and maintain quality guidance for manufacturing readiness, including Quality Plans.
• Lead investigations for Non-Conforming Material (NCM); analyze data trends to drive improvements; lead CAPA development.
• Perform other related duties as required by supervisors.
