Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes for non-conformances and resets.
• Communicate process changes to customers and teams.
• Lead problem-solving using 8D and related tools.
• Audit product, process, and systems per ISO 9001/AS9100.
• Develop training plans and improve inspection procedures.
