Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp (CPP) Euclid, OH, seeks a Quality Engineer to support investment casting operations for aerospace components. You will develop and improve quality systems, interpret drawings, and drive corrective actions to sustain product quality and process capability.

The role offers exposure to AS9100, Nadcap, PPAP, and continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative team focused on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or 3–5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with quality systems and quality tools.
• CQA or CQE certification preferred.
• Ability to interpret customer drawings, specifications, reports; GD&T knowledge.
• Familiar with AS9100, Nadcap, PPAP; Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and advance CPP quality systems, procedures, and practices.
• Conduct contract review of customer PO’s.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, customer specs, and other external specifications to support the Quality System and production.
• Develop and document quality work procedures and processes.
• Coordinate with NDT personnel to ensure product compliance and review rates.
• Audit production lots for adherence to techniques and repeatability of results.
• Manage resolution of non-conforming material/processes.
• Communicate with customers to resolve quality concerns.
