Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience with product development and QA.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and QMS practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and creating Pivot tables.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary quality liaison with customers to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints.
• Analyze supplier performance metrics and drive improvement with suppliers.
• Support internal Quality System Audit program and track corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and related documentation.
• Design, develop, and deliver quality training programs.
• Support all stages of product development and launches to meet quality objectives.
• Develop and audit inspection plans, test methods, and work instructions.
• Lead root cause investigations and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
