Qnergy seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of its manufactured products and to collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to improve processes. The QE will test processes, monitor quality standards and create documentation while maintaining cost-efficient manufacturing.

The role requires experience in quality systems, GD&T and ISO 9001 compliance, and involves leading quality improvement projects on a production floor setting.

Formación

• BA or BS in Engineering, Operations, or Business; 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T); CMM programming experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design quality standards and establish criteria for product quality in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Develop capable processes with efficiency in mind.
• Provide leadership, coaching and training for Production and Quality departments on the production floor.
• Ensure written procedures and documentation are available, correct and followed throughout Operations.
• Schedule and conduct internal audits and report findings to management.
