Job summary
Services for Success, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations in Fremont, CA. You will measure performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
You will lead internal audits, maintain the Quality Management System, and partner with cross-functional teams to prevent defects and improve delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, root-cause analysis, and sustaining process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment (or 2 years with a Master’s).
- ASQ CQE or CQIA certifications preferred.
- Experience with audits and CAPA processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve internal and supplier audit programs.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Review engineering drawings and quality documentation for conformance.
- Provide quality engineering support for new and existing products.
- Monitor supplier quality performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Communicate status of quality issues to stakeholders.
