Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of manufacturing process or quality engineering experience in an automated facility.
- Proficiency with quality tools and ISO/industry standards (ISO 14001/9001/IATF 16949).
Responsibilities
- Lead with Purpose: Build and lead an agile team to deliver advanced quality standards and technology.
- Innovate: Develop data-driven solutions across design, construction, and launch phases of a Greenfield site.
- Empower Others: Foster a culture of trust and leadership to make quality a shared responsibility.
- Champion Transparency: Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Suppliers.
- Support 24/7 manufacturing operations across shifts, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
