Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer in Heber Springs, AR to own quality for assigned customers, ensuring requirements and performance are met and products ship to specification.

You will lead root cause investigations, manage PPAP and ISO/IATF quality systems, and collaborate with manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and successful product launches. Additionally, you will coordinate containment and deviations, maintain PPAP documentation, and engage in on-site customer

Qualifications

• Quality Engineer experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools: PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, PPAP, SPC.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis, 8D, 5-Why.
• Experience handling customer-facing quality issues and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949; Internal Auditor preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality contact for assigned customers, ensuring requirements and performance expectations are met.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and on-site visits, proactively identifying and resolving quality concerns.
• Support new product launches, production validation activities, and ongoing manufacturing operations for product performance.
• Lead customer complaint investigations and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods.
• Coordinate containment, material dispositions, and return authorizations for nonconforming product.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer quality concerns, driving timely resolution and clear communication.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain PPAP documentation and other quality-related customer requirements.
• Manage customer deviations, process change requests, and tooling approvals as required.
• Monitor customer scorecards and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Need for this Position

• Experience in a Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools, including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, PPAP, and SPC.
• Hands‑on experience with Root Cause Analysis, 8D, 5‑Why, and other structured problem‑solving techniques.
• Experience supporting customer‑facing quality issues and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 quality systems; Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and with customers.
• Detail‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for solving complex quality challenges.
