Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect in Peabody, MA is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure quality systems meet product reliability and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to drive quality across the life cycle.

The role emphasizes audits, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, with base salary 90–100k USD per year plus a 5% AIP. On-site work at the Peabody site.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a related field and strong quality experience.
• Proficiency in quality tools, Six Sigma and lean methods.
• Ability to lead root cause analyses and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Control support for products across life cycle.
• Develop, review and deploy Quality System processes and procedures.
• Assess customer, industry and regulatory requirements; tailor quality plans.
• Develop and execute audit plans to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and a strong quality culture across the organization.
• Support supplier qualification and internal/external audits.
