Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect is seeking a detail-oriented QC Production Inspector to ensure products meet quality standards throughout production. You will inspect materials, components, and finished goods, acting as the gatekeeper of quality and collaborating with stakeholders to minimize defects.

You will read blueprints and specifications, log data, and participate in continuous improvement. This full-time on-site role offers hourly compensation and benefits aligned with the industry.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree preferred.
• Experience: Proven QC inspection experience in production/manufacturing environment.
• Industry knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Regulatory compliance: Knowledge of relevant industry standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, components, and finished goods against specifications to prevent defects.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality management system and regulations.
• Accurately document inspection findings and data for compliance and traceability.
• Collaborate with production personnel to resolve quality issues and exercise stop-production authority when needed.
