Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years quality control experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred).
• Familiar with process control tools and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products.
• Perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 whys, and fishbone diagrams.
• Serve as primary QA resource for problem identification, resolution, and loss reporting.
• Act as customer liaison for complaints and drive corrective actions.
• Support concurrent engineering by participating in design development projects.”
• Design and implement methods for process control, testing, and inspection.
• Promote quality standards, inspection processes, and quality reports.
