Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense, anchored at the Warren, MA facility, seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure products and processes meet customer requirements and standards. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to monitor performance and drive improvements.

You will analyze data, identify nonconformances, and apply root cause analysis and corrective actions to sustain operational excellence across programs and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
• 2–5 years of quality engineering experience.
• ASQ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve quality plans (PCS)
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
• Prepare and respond to customer escapes and corrective action requests (SCARs)
• Prepare reports such as VIRS, VPARS, LOAs, and customer RCCA responses
• Drive continuous improvement through COS tools
• Develop, create, edit and implement quality system procedures
• Assist with internal and external audits
