Job summary

CIRCOR Naval Solutions, LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure products and processes meet standards and customer requirements. You will analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions across production, engineering, and supply chain. Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication are essential.

The role emphasizes CAPA, nonconformance reduction, and COS tool usage to drive continuous improvement, with exposure to AS9100, ISO standards and customer audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or technical field.
• ASQ certification or equivalent preferred.
• 2-5 years in quality engineering and knowledge of quality concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve quality plans (PCS).
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and respond to customer escapes and SCARs.
