Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense, headquartered in Warren, MA, is seeking a Quality Tech Compliance professional to support customer order requirements and certifications. You will review contracts and data packages, perform internal audits, and maintain supplier records to ensure conformance.

Ideal candidates have experience with ASTM/DFARS, ERP systems, and attention to detail. Join a team delivering mission-critical fluid control technologies for naval and aerospace applications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Associate's degree; 1–3 years related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems (IFS).
• Familiarity with ASTM, DFARS, and military specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier software for conformance to purchase orders and specs.
• Perform QA on part orders and prepare data packages.
• Maintain and update supplier database; ensure material data uploads.
• Maintain OQE records and documents for Naval orders.
• Interpret drawings, instructions, BOMs and specs.
• Work with ERP systems to track materials.
• Prepare pump kits and assembly packages prior to testing.
• Conduct internal audits as scheduled.
• Support CBS tools for process improvement.
