Job summary

TRAK TECOM is seeking a Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring product quality on assigned programs to fulfill customer contract requirements. The role involves reviewing contracts, SOWs, and drawings, and acting as the liaison for audits and quality inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, SOWs, PO quality clauses, drawings and specs.
• Review and approve quality requirements for Manufacturing Planning and Supplier POs.
• Point of contact for customer audits, quality inquiries, and SCARs.
• Participate in QMS process management.
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports for RMAs.
