The role focuses on maintaining the highest quality standards for parts, supporting suppliers and customers, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates have a engineering degree and 2+ years in automotive quality engineering, with IATF 16949 experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of quality engineering experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with IATF 16949 requirements, internal audits, and PPAP submissions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality standards for parts delivered to customers.
• Provide quality support to suppliers, customers, manufacturing operations, and new program launches.
• Maintain compliance with IATF 16949 requirements, conduct internal audits, and manage PPAP submissions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, plans, and procedures.
• Lead and support corrective action initiatives, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
• Analyze quality data and documentation to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer quality concerns and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
