Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support supplier quality improvement projects to reduce PPM, warranty claims, and production rejects.
• Apply 8D problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Utilize 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams to identify root causes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or IAT16949 audit requirements.
• Interpret blueprints and understand manufacturing processes.
