Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Quality Engineer to support automotive manufacturing operations, leading quality assurance, supplier quality, product validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have automotive experience, strong inspection capabilities, and knowledge of quality core tools; you will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams and may mentor Quality Inspectors and Technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive manufacturing quality control and PPAP activities.
• Strong inspection capabilities and knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D).
• Ability to work with customers and suppliers and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations through QA, supplier quality management, product validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform inspections and testing to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Lead quality personnel and drive PPAP activities with customers and suppliers.

Job Details

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations through quality assurance, supplier quality management, product validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring products meet customer specifications, supporting PPAP activities, performing inspections and testing, maintaining quality systems, and leading quality personnel.

The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive manufacturing, strong technical inspection capabilities, knowledge of quality core tools, and the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
