Jobot, located in Morristown, TN, is seeking an Entry Level Quality Engineer to join our growing OEM team. The role focuses on improving quality through corrective actions, supplier collaboration, and root-cause analysis within manufacturing environments.

• Experience with the Corrective Action process (8D).
• Lead and support quality improvements with suppliers to reduce PPM, warranty claims and rejects.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams and other QA methodologies.
• ISO 9001 or IAT16949 audit experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.

• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools, such as:
• 5 Whys
• Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams
• Other Quality Engineering methodologies
• ISO 9001 or IAT16949 Audit experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in blueprint reading
