Job summary

TSI Seats Inc. in Everett, WA, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support quality assurance and quality control activities for aircraft interior products and related operations.

You will monitor product quality, resolve issues, and participate in corrective actions alongside engineering, production, and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, has experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing, and is proficient in English with strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, and corrective action processes.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, defense, or another regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and requirements is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance and quality control activities for aircraft interior products and related operations.

• Support non-conformance, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action activities.
• Review technical and quality documentation and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Participate in inspections, audits, supplier quality activities, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
• Work closely with engineering, production, certification, and supply chain teams on quality-related matters.
• Coordinate with TCI Aircraft Interiors teams in Türkiye and provide quality support for joint projects and activities.
• Support customer-related quality activities and follow up on quality issues when required.
