Job summary

TSI Seats Inc. in Seattle-based aerospace operations seeks a Quality Engineer to support configuration management across the product lifecycle and ensure traceability from requirements to released documents.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, quality, certification, and international teams, apply RCA/8D/CAPA methods, and drive continuous improvement in quality processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, and corrective action processes.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or another regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and requirements is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support product configuration and engineering change management activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain and follow up on product configuration, technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and related engineering records.
• Support engineering change requests and change implementation processes.
• Help ensure consistency and traceability between product requirements, design data, and released documentation.
• Coordinate configuration-related activities with engineering, production, quality, certification, and other relevant teams.
• Support configuration reviews, documentation control, and product baseline activities.
• Work closely with TCI teams in Türkiye to ensure alignment and effective coordination between U.S. and Türkiye operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of configuration and change management processes.
