Job summary

Henkel Corporation in the United States, South Carolina, Enoree area is hiring a Production Operator to participate in daily manufacturing activities. You will follow GMP, PPE requirements, and GDP documentation, maintain a safe workplace, and help meet production targets.

You will receive training to become certified across production areas, contribute ideas for safety, quality, and process improvements, and perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures.
• Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified for each area.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Complete all documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Ensure housekeeping and 5S activities are completed throughout and at the end of each shift within the assigned production area.
• Meet production targets, urgently communicating any and all downtime that hinders achievement.
• Actively train, as permitted and coordinated by Production Supervisor, to become certified in all areas of production.
• Provide feedback and continuous improvement ideas involving plant safety, quality and production to the leadership team.
• Embrace the Henkel vision and values.
• Perform various other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
