Job summary

Entegee is seeking a Quality Engineer for an automotive manufacturing environment. The role focuses on PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, and capability studies to drive process and product quality improvements.

Candidates should have 4+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, with preference for automotive OEM/Tier experience and knowledge of IATF 16949. Relocation package offered and opportunities to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
  • Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or OES experience preferred.
  • Strong PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, and capability studies.
  • Root cause analysis, corrective actions, and failure investigations.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and manufacturing quality standards.
  • Experience supporting production processes, tooling, equipment, and NPI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support PFMEA and Control Plan activities.
  • Conduct capability studies, GR&R, and capacity analysis.
  • Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Support failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards across manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customers to improve product quality.

Job description

Quality Engineer - Relocation Package Offered

Quality engineering role supporting manufacturing quality, process improvement, and problem-solving in an automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PFMEA, core quality tools, capability analysis, and root cause investigations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing
  • Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or OES experience preferred
  • Strong experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R (MSA), and capability studies
  • Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and failure investigations
  • Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing quality standards (IATF 16949 preferred)
  • Experience supporting production processes, tooling, equipment, and new product launches

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support PFMEA and Control Plan activities
  • Conduct capability studies, GR&R, and capacity analysis
