Description
  • Lead quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence throughout the production process
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve quality‑related issues
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce defects and enhance product quality
  • Conduct audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and best practices
  • Support new product development by ensuring quality requirements are integrated into the design process
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality activities and performance metrics
Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • A strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the automotive sector
