Job summary

Michael Page partners with an established Wisconsin manufacturer to recruit a Quality professional who will own customer issues from root cause through resolution while leading initiatives across compliance, audits, APQP, PPAP, PFMEAs, and continuous improvement. You’ll work directly with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to drive product quality and operational excellence.

The role supports ISO/IATF standards and a strong quality culture, focusing on data-driven problem solving,

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a manufacturing quality environment.
  • Experience with customer quality requirements and corrective actions.
  • Experience supporting APQP, PPAP, product validation, or new product launches.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or similar quality systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specs, and technical docs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain the organization's quality management system and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in internal, external, and customer-facing quality audits while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop, implement, and improve quality processes, inspection methods, and supporting documentation.
  • Investigate product and process quality issues using data analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action methodologies.
  • Drive quality planning activities, including risk assessments, control plans, process documentation, and validation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor quality metrics and provide timely reporting to support operational and business objectives.
  • Lead or support problem-solving efforts related to inspection results, customer concerns, and process performance.
  • Assist with new product launches and ongoing production by ensuring quality requirements are implemented and maintained.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance.
