Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations in the United States. You will partner with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Quality/Manufacturing/Engineering, aerospace experience, RCCA masteries, and strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Physical Sciences, or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of aerospace industry experience.
  • Strong expertise in RCCA methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the escape management process, identifying root causes and driving corrective and preventive actions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving teams to resolve product quality and operational challenges.
  • Partner with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to improve quality performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage RMA activities and ensure timely investigation and resolution.
  • Develop and present quality metrics, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership.
  • Utilize KPIs and data analysis to drive continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide technical quality support to manufacturing and operations teams.
  • Investigate hardware and assembly issues to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate product quality concerns and status updates across multiple departments.
  • Oversee MRB activities, documentation, and disposition processes.
  • Support additional quality and operational initiatives as needed.
