Job summary

Howmet Aerospace's Fullerton, CA facility is seeking a Production Supervisor - Quality for the 2nd shift. You will lead quality operations to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements.

Work with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and compliance with the Howmet Business System.

The role emphasizes coaching, staffing, training, and enforcing quality standards on the shop floor to deliver reliable, high-quality parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing quality environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Quality personnel through coaching and performance management.
• Establish quality objectives with the Quality Manager and track metrics.
• Direct quality inspection, testing, calibration, and verification activities.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Review engineering documentation to verify inspection requirements.
