Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Quality Documentation Associate for a prominent client. This on-site role is based in Westbrook, ME, with a pay rate of $30–$32 per hour and flexible hours from 8 to 5, M–F.

You will maintain the Learning Management System, generate training reports, and ensure regulatory compliance with ISO and FDA standards. You will collaborate with internal teams to improve learning processes and support audit readiness.

Qualifications

• BS in Education, Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent)
• Experience with data entry in a large matrixed environment
• Experience pulling reports in Excel and creating reports
• Experience with Oracle or similar systems and communicating findings to teams
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Maintain and administer learning management system and training records
• Develop and review training materials and curricula
• Prepare reports and teaching materials; pull reports from LMS and Excel
• Support audits and ensure compliance with quality systems
