Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company seeks a Quality - Training Specialist to develop and implement training programs aligned with compliance standards.   • Collaborate with business partners to drive completion of projects.

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $58.11 - $63.11/hr on W2

Hybrid, 50%+ onsite

Job Description:

  • The Training Specialist will develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and policies which support integration project needs in alignment with client compliance standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support revision of training procedures.
  • Work with business partners to develop course materials, including Computer Based Trainings (CBTs), Structured Discussions, Supplemental Instructions, and Instructor Led Trainings (ILTs).
  • Schedule, deliver, and monitor ILT sessions.
  • Work directly with all levels and departments to establish curricula and assignments.
  • Load and manage training in Electronic Learning Management System (ELMS) SuccessFactors and provide user support.
  • Conduct surveys to evaluate the training program for potential improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business partners to drive completion of projects and training program improvements.
