Job summary

Natureplex, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented QC Documentation and Compliance Coordinator to support our Quality Control department. This role focuses on documentation, investigations, and CAPA support rather than routine lab testing.

You will draft and revise SOPs, coordinate reviews, maintain revision records, and collaborate with QA, Production, Regulatory, and other teams to ensure GMP compliance and timely completion of documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Quality, or related scientific field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF software for controlled documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise SOPs, work instructions, forms, and logs.
• Coordinate document reviews and approvals with timely follow‑ups.
• Maintain QC documentation and revision records per procedures.
• Assist with Laboratory Investigation Reports (LIRs), deviations, OOS, and CAPA documentation.
• Collect and organize lab records, analyst statements, calculations, and supporting information.
• Track investigation status, actions, and deadlines; draft summaries for technical review.
• Summarize USP monograph requirements for technical review.
• Assist in preparing raw material and API testing forms using approved methods.
• Coordinate documentation requests with QA, Production, Regulatory, Purchasing, and other departments.
