Job summary

The role requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, 2+ years related experience, and basic computer skills (Word/Excel). Strong attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required.
• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in quality control or file/document management.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen,Physical abilities test and government background check.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel; able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Compile and record production data to monitor volume, materials and quality control.
• Create production reports and maintain files used in assembly or manufacture.
• Perform data entry to update reports and databases as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and follow written or verbal instructions; assist with filing and document management.
• Support mailroom tasks and device scanning; handle file transfers and interfiling.
