• Active security clearance
• High school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant acquisition/records mgmt experience
• Knowledge of DHS acquisition system and MS Office
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with DHS records management systems

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for PM and Records Management Managers
• Compose technical and administrative correspondence for final approval
• Support records management projects via manual entry and scanning
• Attend IPT meetings and support project information reporting
• Maintain the action items log
• Provide administrative support for DHS records management systems
• Manage the contract acquisitions log and purchases
• Research discrepancies in contractor monthly reports
• Guide the Data Entry Operator and assist Management with contract requirements
• Provide administrative support services for records management
