Job summary

SEEMANN COMPOSITES, LLC is seeking a Quality Clerk to support the Quality Management System by maintaining government property records, calibration documentation, and manufacturing and quality records on the shop floor and office.

You will coordinate with vendors, assist audits, manage document control, and help drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in quality assurance, document control, inventory management, government property administration, manufacturing support, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain government-owned property records and perform periodic inventories.
• Maintain calibration records and coordinate with service providers.
• Assist internal and external quality audits and document review.
• Scan, index, and maintain quality documents and records.
• Coordinate with vendors for CoC, calibration certificates, and material certifications.
• Support continuous improvement and corrective action tracking.
