Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball is seeking a QA/QC support professional to assist the team in St George, SC. The role focuses on producing quality records, managing documentation, and ensuring traceability of changes to construction documents on site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of field QA/QC experience, reads mechanical and structural drawings, and is proficient with ASME/AWS/AWWA standards. Valid driver’s license and ability to work onsite are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years field experience with ability to read and interpret mechanical, structural & isometric drawings.
• Experience with quality management systems involving ASME, AWS and AWWA codes.
• Ability to plan and perform work activities independently and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality record development (hydro forms/civil forms etc.) for review and retention.
• Maintain effective information storage systems to enable easy retrieval of QA/QC documents and data.
• Support regular compilation and reporting of quality related QA/QC data for management reporting and review.
• Maintenance of all records demonstrating full traceability of changes to construction documents.
• Inputting data into software programs, and compiling data books for final turnover to clients.
• Must be able to work independently while demonstrating strong qualities and integrity.
