Job summary

Shearwater, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Coordinator – Fleet to join our Albuquerque, NM team. You will oversee quality work performance, schedule preparation, and training of contractor personnel while maintaining documentation in the QTS and ensuring compliance with ES&H and contract standards.

The role requires coordinating maintenance, property control, and delivery of reports, with emphasis on security and records retention.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in program coordination.
• Demonstrated knowledge of coordination concepts, principles, techniques, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Quality of work performance.
• Preparation of work schedules.
• Training of Contractor personnel.
• Updating training documentation in the Qualification Training System (QTS).
• Control and tracking of property including materials, equipment and supplies used for this contract.
• Performance of maintenance in accordance with approved specifications and schedules.
• Compliance with manufacturer maintenance recommendations or accepted industry standards.
• Control and reporting of Conforming and Nonconforming Parts or supplies.
• Adherence to Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H) requirements.
• Adherence to security, quality, and standards specified in the contract.
• Preparation of deliverables and all other required reports.
• Control of Documents and Record Retention.
• Vehicle Key Control and Fuel Cards monitoring and management.
• Facility Key Control.
• Adherence to local Facility Security Plans.
• Operational Security (OPSEC).
