Job summary

Insidesource seeks a Quality Control Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction on projects of all sizes. This role interfaces with Sales, Design, Project Management, and the Service Center to resolve punch list items, warranty requests, and order discrepancies, delivering timely communication and accurate responses.

You will review punch submissions, assist with orders, and participate in process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for punch list, warranty, freight claims, and order discrepancies, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Review punch submissions for completeness and coordinate with project teams to obtain missing information.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to client inquiries and follow up on deliveries and installations.
• Assist with day-to-day questions from Sales Coordinator and Service Center on order status.
• Assist in timely placement of product and service orders upon receipt.
• Review and enter vendor product acknowledgments accurately.
• Participate in customer experience improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.
