Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or social services with two years' experience or six years' experience with quality or business aspects of healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of quality management for assigned agencies.
• Auditing systems, processes, and products, ensuring compliance with national and agency quality standards, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Implementing quality management actions and contributing to the development of agency policies and procedures, strategic plan, and other improvement initiatives.
• Provides quality support to projects from the planning phase to project completion
