Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Quality Coordinator to inspect corrugated boards and finished boxes, ensuring they meet customer specs and industry standards. You will monitor processes, collect data, and lead CAPA actions with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing quality, knowledge of testing methods, and proficiency in MS Office. English communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of testing methods (ECT, BCT, Cobb).
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in manufacturing quality roles is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• MS Office and database systems proficiency.
• Attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.
• Reading measuring tapes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Inspect corrugated boards and finished boxes for defects and ensure standard conformance.
• Monitor production processes and conduct audits to verify procedures.
• Track quality metrics (defects, scrap, rework) and report trends.
• Investigate complaints and coordinate CAPA actions.
• Train operators on quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and management teams.
