Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a Corporate Quality Manager – Box Plants who will establish, maintain, and continually improve quality and technical processes to meet internal guidelines, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Quality & Technical Services, the role leads audits, analyzes nonconforming products, drives quality-focused CI initiatives, trains divisions, and provides technical support to sustain competitive position

Qualifications

• Five years of box plant experience in either a technical or operations role.
• Bachelor of Science in a technical field preferred.
• Knowledge of quality system requirements and product safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate customer quality portals and collaborate with quality representatives.
• Participate in service calls for box plant key customers.
• Work with CI team to implement quality-focused improvements across GBP culture.
• Conduct box plant quality audits and share best practices.
• Provide reports on nonconforming products and quality trends.
• Identify root causes and train divisions on quality and product compliance initiatives.
• Maintain quality specifications by studying product and consumer requirements.
• Perform internal audits for BRCGS sites.
• Lead quality applications improvements from a business perspective.
• Organize and host the annual corporate quality & technical conference.
