Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Quality Coordinator to inspect corrugated boards and finished boxes, ensuring they meet customer specs and industry standards. You will monitor processes, collect data, and lead CAPA actions with cross-functional teams.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing quality, knowledge of testing methods, and proficiency in MS Office. English communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
In the corrugator process (making corrugated board from linerboard and medium), quality coordinators pay special attention to:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 yrs. Proven experience as a Quality Coordinator in the manufacturing sector preferably corrugated with knowledge of quality systems and testing procedures
Computer Skills: MS Office and database systems
Other Requirements Disables: Able to effectively communicate with team members.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequent and/or occasional standing and walking throughout an eight-hour shift., reaching, (must be able to reach with hands and arms) pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, climbing, lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
