Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Corporate Quality Manager - Box Plants reporting to the Sr. Director of Quality & Technical Services to lead, maintain, and improve quality processes across box plants.
You will ensure compliance with internal guidelines, customer requirements, and regulatory standards while promoting a quality mindset. The role includes auditing sites, analyzing nonconformances, training divisions, and organizing the annual corporate quality conference.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Quality & Technical Services, the Corporate Quality Manager - Box Plants establishes, maintains, and continually improves the quality and technical processes to ensure the divisions, personnel, methods, and procedures conform to internal guidelines, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. Additionally, this position assists in defining and promoting a quality mindset across the box plants and providing technical support to divisional resources to maintain the company’s competitive position and customer relationships.
