Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Memphis is seeking a Part-Time Quality Coordinator (RN) to support the hospital's quality program. Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Two years of clinical experience in LTACH or acute care preferred.
• Experience with quality improvement, infection control, or survey readiness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DQM with all aspects of the hospital quality program.
• Assist with survey activities to maintain accreditation and licensure.
• Assist with monthly interdisciplinary QAPI team meetings.
• Assist with quarterly quality improvement report reviews.
• Support Medical Director and Quality Program Director on quality activities.
• Perform safety and EOC duties and monthly safety rounds.
• Enter and analyze monthly quality data.
• Assist with employee training and education.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet reporting requirements.
