Job summary

Select Medical’s Select Specialty Hospital - Palm Beach is seeking a Quality Coordinator (RN) to support the hospital quality program. The role requires RN licensure and involves assisting with survey readiness, QAPI activities, and data reporting in a fast-paced post-ICU setting.

Two years of clinical experience in LTACH or acute care are preferred, with emphasis on quality improvement, risk management, or infection control.

Qualifications

• Must have valid RN license in-state.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in LTACH or acute care preferred.
• Experience with quality improvement, risk management, or survey readiness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the hospital quality program and survey activities.
• Participate in monthly interdisciplinary QAPI meetings.
• Review quarterly quality improvement reports.
• Support development and implementation of medical staff quality activities.
• Perform safety duties and monthly safety rounds.
• Enter and report monthly quality data.
• Assist with employee training and education.
• Ensure reporting requirements are met with leadership.
