Job summary

Campero USA Corp. in Annandale, VA is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to prepare high-quality food with precision, following safety and sanitation standards, and assisting the front of house as needed.

You will marinate and bread chicken, inspect poultry, maintain cleanliness, and follow recipes and health guidelines while supporting a fast-paced restaurant team. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Experience in similar roles preferred (1+ year).
• Lift and push up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Follow Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
• Must provide authorized U.S. work documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintains verbal communication with FOH
• Monitors the quality of food
• Marinating and breading chicken
• Ensuring chicken is properly inspected
• Following receipts accordingly
• Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
• Follow protocol chicken forecast
• Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards
• Thoroughly clean equipment
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
