Job summary

Continental in Auburn Hills is seeking a full-time cook to create a consistent quality product and culinary experience while delivering exceptional customer service, presentation, and a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining sanitation, working independently at your station, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere with great communication and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Must have good knife skills and production skills.
• 1-3 years cooking experience preferred.
• Serve Safe and Allergen Certification preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality food product.
• Oversee that our product tastes, looks, and provides adequate portions.
• Be able to read and follow Company recipes.
• Ensure work area is clean, organized and sanitary.
• Time management to stay on track.
• Adherence to daily menu and prep lists.
• Work independently at assigned station.
• Provide a positive customer experience through engagement and presentation.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
• Suggest add-ons to orders and be a team player.
