Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a hotel Cook to elevate guest experiences by preparing meals with attention to presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures, following brand recipe cards and SOPs. You will handle food prep to ensure consistent quality, maintain proper documentation, practice safety standards, and serve guest requests with a positive approach.

This full-time role pays $18 per hour with benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) options,

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
• Proper Documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP.
• Practice safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
• Proper Documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP.
• Practice safety standards at all times.
• Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve.
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner.
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles.
• Responsible for general cleanup to include washing dishes during shift.
