Job summary

TPi Arcade, LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform a broad range of inspection services across the manufacturing process. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure conformance to drawings and specifications, and you will participate in data collection, analysis and corrective action.

The role requires experience with CMM, real-time X-ray, GD&T, SPC, and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or QA cert preferred; or 2+ years QC experience.
• Formal training in blueprint reading, GD&T, SPC, auditing or quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform First Article Inspections and inspect features for conformance to drawings.
• Calibrate and analyze gauges for wear and defects per QMS.
• Collect and analyze data; participate in corrective actions and quality improvement.
• Interface with engineers and production to address quality issues.
• Maintain corrective action system and ensure proper records.
