Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and dimensional tolerancing.
• Experience performing ATPs or functional testing.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic quality records.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of manufactured components and assemblies.
• Execute ATPs and document results.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, process travelers, and work instructions.
• Verify product conformance to dimensional and visual requirements.
• Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, and dial indicators.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Identify and document nonconforming material; assist with containment activities.
• Work with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve quality concerns.
• Support first article inspections (FAI) and production validation activities.
• Maintain calibration awareness of inspection equipment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
