Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing QA/inspection experience.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds in a noisy, dusty environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test materials and products at various stages of production to ensure quality.
• Identify defects or non-conformities and communicate findings to production and management.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct routine audits of manufacturing processes and documentation for compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics to management.
• Perform additional tasks to support the team and business objectives.
