Qualifications

• 3 months of on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Audit line internal temperature of cooked products and record results.
• Audit metal detectors using standards; if detector is faulty, retain product and re-test.
• Perform line audits and record speed, temperature, weights.
• Weekly swabs of equipment/gloves and air plates; package with instructions and send to lab.
• Gather cooked and raw product samples per shift for lab testing.
